    4.20. 
The Writ of Execution will become void after ninety days from the date of issue and if the sheriff is unable to find any property of the defendant, it should be returned to the court. The clerk will notify the plaintiff that the execution has been returned unsatisfied. However, the plaintiff may request a new Writ of Execution from the clerk within two years of the expiration date of the previous Writ of Execution.
