Circuit Court Probate Division Rules Table of Contents
All writs of attachment in aid of a Petition must be served
upon the Respondent. Rule 86 relating to trustees' disclosure shall apply to
this rule. Any such writ shall be entered without charge and filed with and as
part of the action which it aids.
