Superior Court Rules Table of Contents
61-A. The Clerk of the Superior Court for each county shall
maintain a list of jurors presently serving, together with copies of their
completed Questionnaire forms, which shall be available for inspection by
attorneys and parties representing themselves.
The Clerk's office shall permit attorneys who have jury cases
scheduled for trial during the term to have a photocopy of the questionnaires
which have been completed by the jurors presently serving. An attorney shall not
exhibit such questionnaire to anyone other than his client and other lawyers and
staff employed by his or her firm.
Violation of this rule may be treated as contempt of Court.
