Hillsborough County- North - Design of the renovated courthouse has been in process with the architects and tenants for several months. There will be at least six courtrooms in the building, a sally port, and facade changes to the front and back of the building. The current schedule is to move all tenants out of the building by year-end so that abatement and building gutting work can commence in late January 2010. We expect to begin renovation work by April 2010 with completion of the renovations by June 2011.
