Plaistow Court is Closed
The Plaistow Circuit Courthouse closed on June 15th due to safety concerns and the lack of access for individuals with disabilities, which resulted in de-accreditation of the building by the Court Accreditation Commission. All cases have been transferred to either Brentwood or Salem. If you have any questions about your case, please call 1-855-212-1234.
The Circuit Court District Division handles misdemeanor and violation level offenses (including motor vehicle matters), small claims, landlord-tenant cases, stalking cases and other civil cases. There are 32 Circuit Court District Division locations around the state.
