The Superior Court Uniform Support Order, Uniform Support Order-Standing Order, and Instructions for Completion of the Uniform Support Order shall be used in all child support cases.

The form should not be abbreviated and no provision should be deleted. If a particular provision does not apply, then the words "not applicable" should be used.

The Standard Domestic Order Paragraphs for Temporary and Final Orders shall be used in all domestic cases. Proposed decrees and stipulations must be submitted in all temporary and final divorce hearings. They must follow the Standard Domestic Order Paragraphs and address the issues in the same order and in the same numbered paragraphs.
